Arghhhhhhhh~

my biggest enemy ever

duno why since i was young i already 

hate it so much

i still can remember when i was still a kid

it took me for an hour to finish the medicine ><"

until now I've already grown up

I still hv to take 5mins+ 

to stare at my enemy

i will swallow it into my stomach

This few days,ppl in my office are getting sick one by one

maybe kena infection by Big Boss Virus OO"

now my turn><" so sad, but still i continuous with my favorite

spicy food ^~^ and i dint choose to go visit a doctor =P "blek"

Until my Manager also kena sick jor

he bought a big pack of medicine and give some to me OO"

LOL~

OMG!!! i dint go for doctor also got ppl buy medicine for me ><"

but really making me suffer to have war with my

for me and put on the dining table

when i go to work in the morning

How touching it was 

Early in the morning, when i getting ready to go to work

and i saw the bottle with a note on the table

is damn super duper touching LOL~ 

I can felt that my mom really cares about me 

although she dint show it all the time

^~^ felt so excited 
I think i break my previous record
xD duno why
seriously damn Excited and Happy =)
Once again, i join the marathon with my friends
although it show 10.6km on the guide book
but i use my phone to track it...11.59km~ 
i guess almost 11km or 12 km LOL~
If not mistaken =P


I've join so many runs in the past 
but this it the only race making me so
damn excited until like full of energy
^~^ 
haha~ normally i chase my friend, but this time
my friend's turn to chase me from behind~ 
woot ^~^  maybe is just a little bit of luck or sth =P


p/s: I love sports so much =) i hope you too 

Zong Zi - the Traditional Chinese Food

There are many traditional Chinese foods 
which are intended to honor either gods or divine persons in history. 
Zhong Zi

also call as 

glutinous rice dumpling（粽子）

which wrapped to form a pyramid shape

by using bamboo or reed leaves
It is meant to honor Qu Yuan , the pioneer poet of ancient China
The filling inside contains

yolks of egg, beans, dates, chestnuts, mushrooms, meat

they are generally steamed after done wrapping ^~^

but i love my mummy self DIY zong zi which she had added  prawn sambal 

What i so called Best of the Best ^~^ hehe  

A little history story of Qu Yuan

Qu Yuan was a famous poet who was also concerned about the fate of his government. Unfortunately his stature aroused the jealousy of the king, who banished him to a remote area. The poet despaired of the government and its policies. When the state's capital was captured by enemies, he committed suicide by drowning himself in the Miluo River (on May 5th according to the Chinese lunar calendar). The Chinese people felt this loss deeply, as he was a much beloved poet. Local folk searched for him in the river, meanwhile dropping dumplings of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves into the river in order to keep the fishes from attacking Qu Yuan's body.

Since that time, it has been customary on this day to enjoy Zong Zi dumplings as a memorial to the patriotic poet. In addition, there is also a festival called the Duan Wu or Dragon Boat Festival.

I asked all my sisters join this event with me

coz i believe ppl who manage to go there is really LUCKY ^~^

五月的第二個星期日，佛誕日、母親節與全球慈濟日三節合一

此日為「三節合一──佛誕節、母親節、全球慈濟日」，有多重寶貴的意義。其一，於「佛教慈濟」，人人以佛心為己心，故應感恩三寶，這是「敬田」；其二，感念父母生育之恩、師長教導之恩，即是「恩田」；其三，感恩苦難眾生，讓我們從他們的示現了解苦諦，這是「悲田」。

「感恩三寶、感恩父母師長、感恩眾生，敬田、恩田、悲田三合一，就是一畝大福田。所以，每到這一天，我們要進行浴佛儀式，不是為了傳統，而是要莊嚴又恭敬地表達我們的感恩之意，福慧雙修。」上人表示，五月是感恩的月分，也是慈濟月，希望全球慈濟人每年都在五月推動慈濟活動，落實社區耕福田。

6th Malaysia International Ekiden Run 2011 - Relay Marathon 15km.

Date: 29th May 2011, Sunday

Venue: Putrajaya Corporation Complex,opposite Istana Kehakiman/Palace Of Justice

Distance:15km (5 runners per team, 3km for each runner)

Wuhoo~ once again we joined the marathon

but this time a bit different

coz is all about team work run

You can't do it without your team mate

Glad that we've done a great job.

Sisters Hang Out Day

Enjoying my life as always ^~^

Since my mom back home town, my dad playing golf with friends

left us 4 alone at home again ><"

So is time this Big Big Sister taking care of them <3

I bring them brunch at DPC -"Steamboat"

our favorite ^^ nice but quite expensive

although expensive, but once in while is not a problem for me

Most important all HAPPY ^.^

After brunch we hang around walking at the park

since boring just walking around, suddenly an idea came up ^^

hehe, so many childish idea lah me "LOL~ :P

we when to the toys shop and bought 2 bottles bubble liquid

We hang around the park and play with it

We really enjoy it so much

especially when i saw them smile

I felt even more happier ^^

I enjoy hanging around with them so much

simply coz i Love them more than words can say

Not every family can maintain that good relationship

between their sisters or brothers

or even mom and dad

But definitely i'm not gonna let that happen

I will try my best to maintain it as good as possible

FAMILY is my everything

I LOve them so so so damn freaking much ^~^

Japan earthquake and tsunami

On Friday, 11 March 2011, Japan was struck by the most powerful earthquake in its history.

A 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck off the northeast coast of Japan on the afternoon.

In the spirit of grace and kindness, I send my prayers and I would like to ask everybody to do the same. Pray for Japan and all those impacted by this natural disaster.
