Kiwi Fruit

My mom bought it and cut it in to slide for us to eat, cuz she want us to be healthy!!!

I love kiwi fruit because its rich of vitamin C ^_^

Kiwi fruit provides an excellent source of vitamin C. It also offers a very good source of fiber. Kiwi contains decent amounts of vitamins A and E, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and copper. Kiwi, like other vitamin C-rich foods, is especially important in promoting respiratory tract health. Studies have shown that kiwi and citrus are also effective against respiratory-related health problems including wheezing, shortness of breath, and high coughing. Kiwi is also rich in antioxidants and enzymes.
